Disappointing quality and rigid customer support I purchased the Bori Bomber shoes because I loved the design and craftsmanship Banjaaran Studio advertises. Unfortunately, the product experienced a manufacturing issue. When I reached out to customer support, I was told that because it was past their strict 3-month manufacturing warranty, they could not offer a replacement. What makes this worse is that they also explicitly stated they do not provide any repair services. For a premium brand that prides itself on handcrafted footwear, a 90-day lifespan with zero options for a paid repair or support is incredibly disappointing. If you buy from them, just know that if anything goes wrong after 3 months, you are completely on your own. Beautiful designs, but the product longevity and customer care simply aren't there.
