Production Unit

All products at Banjaaran Studio are handcrafted and made-to-order at our production unit in Faridabad, Delhi NCR, India.

Upon placing your order, our skilled artisans begin crafting your bespoke item with precision and care.

The shipping cost is already included in the price you’ve paid for the product.

Our Policy & Return Shipping Costs

For international orders placed on our global website, we offer exchanges (size or style) and returns for store credit only.

We do not offer refunds to your bank account or original payment method under any circumstances.

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card that can be used for future purchases on our website.

For exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping cost to send the pair back to us in India, and we will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement pair to you.

For returns for store credit, you are responsible for the shipping cost to send the pair back to us, and after inspection and approval we will issue store credit for the product value only.

Any original shipping charges, customs duties or local taxes paid in your country are not refundable as part of the store credit.

Eligibility, Timeline & Condition

To be eligible for an exchange or return for store credit, you must dispatch the pair back to us within 10 days from the date of delivery and share the return shipment tracking details with us by email.

The product must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with no creases, sole scuffs, stains or odour, and the original packaging, including the shoe box and any inserts or freebies, must be intact.

Requests or dispatches after 10 days from delivery, or products received in worn, damaged or incomplete condition, will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

In case we receive a product that shows signs of being used or worn, we will not be able to process an exchange or store credit and you will be required to pay the shipping charges if you would like us to send the product back to you.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

To raise a request, please email us at help@banjaaranstudio.com with the subject line “Exchange/Return – Order #XXXX”.

In your email, mention your full name, order number, country, and clearly state whether you would like an exchange or a return for store credit.

Defective or Wrong Product

For our international orders, we follow a very thorough quality check process before dispatch to ensure that every pair leaves our studio in excellent condition.

Each pair is carefully inspected by our team so that you receive your Banjaaran Studio product exactly as it was intended.

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, a pair damaged in transit, or the wrong size or style, please email us at help@banjaaranstudio.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video.

Our team will review the details and offer the best possible resolution, keeping both your experience and our handcrafted process in mind.

We look at every such case individually and will always try our level best to help you.
