What We Offer

For international orders placed on our global website, we offer exchanges for size or style, and returns for store credit.

For exchanges, you can send the pair back to us in India, and once it reaches us, we will ship the replacement pair to you free of cost.

If you would prefer a return instead of an exchange, we offer store credit only. Store credit is issued as a digital gift card that can be used on a future purchase from our website.

Please Note
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method or bank account.

For returns, the cost of sending the pair back to us is to be covered by the customer. Store credit is issued for the product value after the pair is received, inspected, and approved.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible, the pair must be dispatched back to us within 10 days of delivery, and the return tracking details must be shared with us by email.

The pair must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition, with the shoe box, inserts, and any complimentary items intact.

If a returned pair is found to be used, we may not be able to process the exchange or store credit.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

To raise a request, please email us at help@banjaaranstudio.com with the subject line “Exchange/Return – Order #XXXX”.
In your email, please include your full name, order number, country, and whether you would like an exchange or store credit.

Alternatively, you can fill in the form in the customer accounts section.

Defective or Wrong Product

For our international orders, we follow a very thorough quality check process before dispatch to ensure that every pair leaves our studio in excellent condition.

Each pair is carefully inspected by our team so that you receive your Banjaaran Studio product exactly as it was intended.

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, a pair damaged in transit, or the wrong size or style, please email us at help@banjaaranstudio.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video.

Our team will review the details and offer the best possible resolution, keeping both your experience and our handcrafted process in mind.

We look at every such case individually and will always try our level best to help you.
