Shipping & Delhivery
How long will my order take to reach me?
Most orders take 5–7 days for production + 3–7 days in courier, so expect about 8–14 working days in total, depending on your region.
What are the delivery timelines by region?
United Arab Emirates: 8-15 working days
Singapore: 8-15 working days
Is the shipping cost included in the product price?
Yes. Shipping is already included in the price you pay for the product.
Which courier partners do you use?
We ship via multiple partners such as Delhivery, DHL, FedEx, Aramex and others, using only Air Express services.
What if my order is delayed?
Delays can occur due to weather, logistics or other external factors. We’ll keep you updated, and you can always email us if you’re concerned.
Order Processing & Tracking
Are Banjaaran Studio products made-to-order?
Yes, every pair is handcrafted and made-to-order at our production unit in Faridabad, Delhi NCR, India.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, tracking details are emailed to the address you used at checkout.
I haven’t received a tracking email yet. What does that mean?
It means your order is still under processing. If you need an update, just write to help@banjaaranstudio.com
Where are your products made?
All products are designed and handcrafted in India, at our studio in Faridabad, Delhi NCR.
Duties & Taxes
Will I have to pay import duties or local taxes?
Yes, import duties, handling fees and local taxes (if applicable) are charged as per your country’s regulations and are payable by the recipient.
Are duties and local taxes included in my store credit or refund?
No. Customs duties, local taxes and original shipping charges are not refundable as part of store credit.
Do you ship internationally? Which regions do you cover?
Yes. We ship to United Arab Emirates & Singapore via international courier partners.
Exchanges & Returns (Policy & Costs)
Do you offer refunds on international orders?
No. For international orders, we do not offer refunds to your bank or original payment method—only exchanges or store credit.
What is your exchange/return window?
You must dispatch the pair within 10 days from delivery and share the tracking details with us by email.
What condition must the product be in to qualify?
The pair must be unworn, unused, with no creases, scuffs, stains or odour, and all original packaging and freebies must be intact.
Who pays the shipping cost in case of an exchange?
You pay to ship the pair back to India, and we cover shipping of the replacement pair to you.
Who pays the shipping cost in case of a return for store credit?
You pay to ship the pair back, and after inspection we issue store credit for the product value only.
Request Process & Special Cases
How do I request an exchange or return?
Email help@banjaaranstudio.com with the subject “Exchange/Return – Order #XXXX”, mention your name, order number, country, and whether you want an exchange or store credit.
What happens if you receive a used or worn product?
If the pair shows signs of use or wear, it won’t be eligible for exchange or store credit, and you’ll need to pay shipping if you want it sent back.
What if I receive a defective, damaged or wrong product?
Email us with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos/video. Our team will review the case individually and offer the best possible resolution.
