Worst experience with customer care. You expect someone to buy a size and if that doesnt fit due to narrow shoe, then order another size which would be way too long. Already upsizing for width. Apparently, it doesnt matter if it fits or not, I wont get my money back and am forced to fucking buy from this store like wth. Only credit is provided. Sure this is how it works? Such thugs.

I was really excited to get my banjaraan shoes and when I saw it I loved the design. But sadly, when I put it on, the front of the shoe was so narrow. I particularly bought the shoe because it came in a UK size 14, since all my other formal and casual shoes are a UK size 14 I was sure it would fit well. But I was so disappointed. I tried wearing it for an afternoon hoping it would stretch a bit and open up. But it didn’t and I ended up getting a bad blister on my toe. Now I’m stuck with shoes I can’t wear. I wish you had kept to the standard UK size 14 and not made your shoes so narrow. Very disappointed!!
