Beautiful Shoes, fit well and are slightly on the wider side so were perfect for my feet. The wood heel has a very premium sounding step. The leather is good quality for this price point. Looks good with kurta and even works well with western outfits especially long flowing trousers. It’s nice to know these were handcrafted.

What size should I order in the Ashva loafers?
Your regular EU size: the Ashva runs true to size on our EU 39-48 last. It is a clean Venetian-cut slip-on, so the hold comes from the vamp and heel, and the cushioned leather footbed carries long wear from the first evening.
How do I care for hand-illustrated leather?
Gently and dry: wipe the artwork panel with a soft dry cloth, condition only the plain black leather occasionally, and keep the pair clear of excess moisture. Never machine wash; store it in a cool, dry place so the illustration stays sharp.
Is each Ashva pair illustrated at order time?
Yes. We make the Ashva in India after your order, and the horse artwork is fixed onto your pair's leather during that build. Made to order keeps the full EU 39-48 run open, including EU 47 and 48.
Will the horse artwork on the Ashva fade or crack?
Not under normal wear and dry care. The Divine Steed is hand-drawn and sealed into the upper rather than stamped on top, so it flexes with the leather instead of sitting brittle above it. Moisture and machine washing are the only real enemies.
