They're a little tough so I wouldn't wear them if I have to walk a lot, but it's the same as Doc Martens, good quality material takes time to wear in! I get so many compliments on the design every time I wear these.

Was very excited to get these. Then I actually wore it. The first time putting them on was cool but when I walked and took them off they left red color on my socks. Which I was still okay with. Then the color on the shoe faded by the 3 rd wear. Was very disappointed and haven't wore them again since. I really thought my shoes would be made from better quality materials.
Big edit- i wore these shoes for 2 times only and they started chipping as can be seen in the pictures. It’s unfortunate I carried them to a holiday and now I can’t wear them. They have lost shape as well. Initial review- They are so comfortable and stylish. I wore them for whole day and it felt like I am wearing nothing. Everyone complemented my shoes and it was a good experience.
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the Banjara shoes I purchased. While the design looks attractive, the quality of the product is extremely disappointing. Within a short period of normal use, the printed upper layer has started peeling and cracking, as clearly visible in the attached images. This indicates poor material quality and finishing, which is unacceptable for a branded product. I expected better durability and value for money, but the shoes now look worn out and damaged much earlier than expected. I request a replacement or full refund at the earliest. Please let me know the next steps to resolve this issue.

I haven’t received my shoes yet. It has been nearly 2 months since I ordered. The money has been deducted. The customer service WhatsApp chat has not been responding promptly. This is unacceptable
These are beautiful in every way. The design is unique and interesting. The fit is true to size, with a very nice roominess in the toe box. The shoes are as pretty inside as they are on the outside. The sole is firm but comfortable. I love them.

Very beautiful looking shoes and well padded on the inside - however these run small to size. I feel like that's fine for clothes but not shoes. Not sure why you would run small on shoes which is something that has a standardized sizing. For reference I got a 12 and it runs around like a 11.5/11. Nice to look at, just terrible to wear because the sizing.

The 5 star rating is for the shoes only. They are absolutely gorgeous and high quality. The shipping and customer service left a lot to be desired. It took nearly 2 months for the shoes to be delivered to me in the US. While customer support were polite to a fault, they weren’t very truthful in communicating the shipping timelines. Needs improvement!

The shoes are aesthetically nice, but given that they are stitched freshly, they should be customized for each customer. These shoes bit me a lot!
The shoes are absolutely amazing and the crafstmanship by the artisans can clearly be recognized. However, I am not able to rate this more than 2 stars due to the lack of communication and disregard for the clients’ time. The listed timing for delivery was stated to be 7-10 days. I received the order in 12 days. Having a stringent schedule and a plan for our wedding this was very inconvenient, and seriously, not worth the hassle. We were getting in touch with the team almost every single and we were either being left on delivered or on seen. Honestly, these shoes were not the hassle and the treatment you get when you buy from this brand. I don’t want to give the item 1star only because the shoes were actually really nice only the team managing it ruined the whole experience. Additionally, if you choose to wear white socks, the leather does leave a color but apart from that the shoes are really nice.
