Order BN13307 was a big disappointment — broken box, shabby packing, wrinkled shoes, wrong fit. What’s worse than the product is the copy-paste replies I’ve been getting instead of real support. For a brand that calls itself “handcrafted premium,” this is not how you treat customers. Policies don’t excuse defective delivery, and I expected much better.

no standard sizes, ordered UK 10, which always fits me but this one did'nt. Return, pick up and delivery of new shoes took around 18 days, very poor supply and operations management.

Best Quality and best design fully satisfied but there is some issue in outsole because when I was Wear it first time and walk some distance outsole rubber part is damaged so I will suggest to improve outsole quality and make it harder. I had ordered UK 11 size, but it is one size bigger. Now I want it to re done in UK 10. Let me know how can we do. The shoes are just wonderful and comfortable. If it can be re done in UK 10 then I can wear it. Awaiting for your positive response.

This brand given me headaches I was following up from 13th oct they have disappointed with delay delivery after wedding and when I spoke to brand they claim they are not responsible with delivery partner. When I ask for a refund, they couldn’t do the process they claim they can’t do. I don’t even open the box. I don’t recommend this Banjaarana to anybody else. Biggest disappointment for my wedding. Like to give zero rating.😡😡😡
